As rush approaches negativity toward fellow chapters can be heightened on here due to the competitive nature of recruitment. But that is the opposite of what our organizations are supposed to be about. Each chapter has an object, mission, purpose, creed, symphony, or motto that each sister usually swears to. Below are some words to keep in mind as recruitment approaches:

AXO: To see and appreciate all that is noble in another
ADPi: Watching my attitudes toward my fellow-beings
AEPhi: To inspire and support
AOPi: To stand at all times for character
Chi O: To be "lovable rather than “popular”; to work earnestly, to speak kindly"
DDD: to develop a stronger and more womanly character
DG- Do good
Deeph: formed for the "purpose of promoting good fellowship among sorority women"
DZ: “To the world, I promise temperance and insight and courage"
GPhiB: adherence to all true and noble things
KAT: social, intellectual and moral growth
KD: Learn to know and understand better those without our circle
KKG: Aspire to be
Phi Mu: being honorable, courteous
Pi Phi: To promote friendship, develop women of intellect and integrity
SK: bringing women together to positively impact our communities
ZTA: to look for the good in everyone
