help, need 2 be fit
by: PlzJust trying to look/feel my best before recruitment... I kinda put off the exercising thing all summer because I really hate just going to the gym and running on the treadmill. I would appreciate some input on how yall get fit/effective work outs/tips/stuff that like that. I know I only have a few weeks but I'd rather try some new stuff out than do nothing at all. Mainly want to know what actives do bc most of your bods are smokin on tumblr... Lol thanks in advance
