do not be nervous about rush. the girls in houses that you are talking to are normal people who are putting an extreme amount of thought, time and effort into picking out outfits, doing their hair and make-up. the picture perfect girls you see on social media, is a PICTURE! on an average day, these girls are just like you. during recruitment, they wake up hours early to shower, wash hair, do hair, and do makeup. when its all over, they change into a big t shirt, take off the makeup and go get food with their friends. there is absolutely nothing to worry about bc they have been in your position.

MOREOVER, you are all beautiful on the inside and out. recruitment is about what is on the INSIDE. what can you bring to the sisterhood? how can you make the chapter a better place? are you going to be a POSITIVE, uplifting sister to others around you? worry about this and i promise you recruitment will be a lot more easy and fun.

personally, when i got dropped from houses i loved, i beat myself up about. "it was because my hair was not straight," "i didn't wear enough makeup," etc. however, i will never forget on pref night at the house i am in now, they made me feel so loved and accepted and as if they look past all of that. I'm not the only one who feels like that about their chapter. THATS how you should feel when going through this process and if you go by those emotions, your experience and results will be great! :)
