Tiers are measured by the girls that come on here and self rank and fool everyone into thinking they are top.. It is nothing more than that. It's not based on looks, as every house has stunners, attractive, cute, plain jane and underwhelming.
It is not based on GPA or top would be AEPHI or DPHIE.
It is not based on sisterhood since everyone knows ZTA's is non existent.
Every house is involved in philanthropy. Why are some houses ranked so low? Because their members don't come on here every day and rank. Each and every house is amazing in its own way.
I cannot wait for all the down votes, or the people who say ADPI and ZTA rule. Rule who? They rule this site!

Finally someone said this! It's SO clear once you actually come on campus and see real sorority girls that all chapters are not that different from each other in terms of looks. Of course they have different vibes - that's what REALLY makes greek life diverse and interesing.

it's all based on self ranking. ZTA has chilled on the self ranking, so now they are #2 behind ADPI, who have been out of control.
Last year DG was rising, but they've backed off self ranking so now they are at the bottom of the top. All of a sudden GPHI is on top of the bottom from all their ranking.
PNM's, do not buy into it. My favorite house besides mine is PiPhi, and they hardly self rank.

It really bothers me that everyone screams self ranking. If whoever is on top is self ranking then who TF is on top???? there's no official order and rank. People have different views. It's like geez someone has a different opinion than you and OMG THEYRE SELF RANKING NICE TRY!!!!!!
