On the schedule is has times for "Rex exec" "pi chi" and "home base". When do PNMs arrive? The homebase time?

What does that even mean? One day it has Rec Exec at 2:00 AM...please explain, thank you! :)

Rec Exec is when the recruitment exec people have to meet and start their day doing things. Yes it can be early, depending on the day. Pi Chi time is when the pi chis have to be at their tents/starting their day. That is also typically around the time that the chapter women get to the house. Homebase is when the PNMs are expected to be at their homebase for attendance.

Also, the earliest rec exec meets is 6am. What you're seeing at 2am is the campus director closed for selections. That is basically the deadline for the chapters to submit who they are releasing.
