If you don't fit into a house then that's the one it will be hardest to get a bid from.
A trendy/edgy girl would have a rough time fitting the vibe of Phi Mu, and a Lilly Pulitzer-wearing girl would not fit into DG. SO those would be the "hardest" to get into for each. See where I'm going with this? There's no concrete way to answer your question, honestly.

I have a friend in DG who wears Lilly and is really preppy. She fits in just fine. It's not that people with different styles can't be friends u kno
