by: ..DO NOT SUICIDE please do not listen to anyone who tells you to. Don't do it. If you suicide there is a good chance you will not get a house. If you maximize your options (list all houses you pref at), even if you aren't high enough on any of those houses lists, you could still be placed in your top house. Pan will sometimes place a girl in her top choice even if she didn't match any of the houses she prefers at. If you don't maximize and you aren't high enough on your top houses list, you get nothing. So you have a better chance getting your top choice if you list all three than if you don't. Even if you think "I won't be comfortable in the other houses", give them a try! You might end up loving one of those houses, and if you don't, you don't have to go through with initiation and you can rush again in the spring or next year. Please just don't suicide because it probably won't go well for you.

Just because there was a miracle and it happened to you doesn't mean it would happen for other people. There's a better chance at getting your top choice if you maximize

yes this is so important. though the recruitment website does a great job describing what the deal is with the MRABA
