I think it depends.
I think people are threatened by theta and maybe even ddd, but at the same time I think most people are just generally annoyed by ddd's self ranking. That extends down to gphi too, I can't see anyone really being jealous of them just relatively annoyed at their obvious self ranking and spamming of this site.

I think a better way to phrase the OG post would be "Any hate that a house gets on here is obviously made by a house that feels threatened by them"

This is generally true, but sometimes behavior gets so bad it gets everyone's attention. There has been some recent behavior that has been out of line enough where I know I have commented outside my tier.

I think that GPhi probably does self rank a lot, but I also think that so does every other chapter. And the comments that are posted to bring them down are other bottom tier houses getting threatened. Same with every other negative comment
