Maybe our recruitment chairs look at them ahead of time, but for most of the "regular" members, the only time we'd look at your social media would be right before/after we rush you. Also I never saw a pnm's application, but I did know her name/major/hometown/age before rushing her. If you are a legacy or have a letter of rec sent in there may be a presentation where they quickly skim over some of the key points of your application (clubs, activities, etc) but tbh I forgot 99.9% of those girls

I know my chapter starts scoping out the PNMs the minute they submit their application. As an active we get a list of y'all to go through to see if we know anyone and sometimes I'll creep but there's so many and I don't care that much. I do usually creep during recruitment before/after I rush you.
