sae and sigma chi hype

Can anyone please try to explain the hype surrounding SAE and Sigma chi? I consistently see them ranked as the "top" houses, but would like to understand why? I never got that vibe from either, and was wondering if someone could shed some light on the situation

I honestly have never met a cute Sigma Chi, they are all pretty nice but ugggggly!

Money y'all. Those houses pull from the $$ of N. Florida communities in Tampa and Orlando. Tampa kids go SAE and Orlando kids go Sigma Chi. They've been frat out of the womb.
