discuss!!!

I've read the recent discussions on this page, in many responses, many people talked about other people have to "prove themselves" What do y'all mean by Proving? Does it mean getting more hot girls than other chapters or Who has the best summer video or Tumblr? From my perspective, those videos are the same, using the same 20 face team girls in every shots. Or what about your involvement? I'm in 3 different organizations, and I'm telling you, all of my directors and ADs are greeks, I have both top tier and lower tier girls working for me, tbh none of them can do anything, even the Proven top tier girls, their works are also as bad. In my eyes, they didn't prove anything other than applied to a spot that is open and no one else what to do it. For DM, those higher sororities, they're just using lower frat to help them raise money in the false believe that they might get a shot with Top tier girl. How ironic
Stop using that phrase "Prove themselves" Top tier didn't prove much more than other tier, mid or bottom tier
This is my Final thoughts, God bless you , God bless America, Take care

To me, a lot of people seem to be saying that in the context of you are going to improve yourself or your ranking by coming on greek rank and self promoting and bashing other houses. They're saying it to mean do really well in recruitment, have a good sisterhood, and improve yourself and focus on being a better you rather than flooding the boards with bs crap.

This has been on here a lot, especially in the last day, but it mainly applies to a selfranking situation. If a house is saying, they are smartest, most involved, etc. but they are not known for these things or in fact are known to be below average in these things, people might say "prove it."
Prove it by being high on the gpa list, prove it by being very visibly involved in top organizations, etc. Then when someone says something highly complementary on Greekrank, if it is known to be truth and that chapter has the goods to back it up, people are less likely to assume it is selfranking.

Okay the top tier girls that YOU know and worked with might have not been great at their jobs but don't generalize this. Many of friends in top houses are amazing at what they do and are very high up in DM, SG and many many other organizations. They earned their spots and worked since freshman year to achieve where they are now. They work harder than a lot of people I know in both school and in clubs. people in top houses can be great at things and be top, don't act like they aren't

I have been in SG, Growl, and DM, if you think those are top organizations, from my experience, those top tier girls who were my ADs and my colleagues are not that great for their positions. It is sad reality that most of those positions were given solely based on who do you know, not your experience, not your previous works.
