how does round 1 go?

The Panhellenic website is brief about how the actual process goes. How do they organize convos? IM SO CONFUSED because I know we meet each sorority but I wasn't sure if we just randomly walk around and talk to them or if we got partnered with somebody

You line up alphabetically with your rush group and go in one at a time with a particular girl and she will guide you throughout the house.

What if my rush group isn't the same tier as me? How does that effect my chances?

That makes no sense. No PNM Is in a tier. You will just be put in a group of random PNMs. Who is in your rush group has no impact on where you might end up.

If you're great and the rest of your group isn't, then you'll stand out. If the rest of your group is average and you don't meet that standard, you'll stand out in a bad way. It's just luck of the draw. Sorting by zip codes might be a better system.
