in spring? very unlikely. what would be the point? joining for one semester? why would they do such a thing

If it's in spring probably nowhere. No point for one semester. Sorry :(
Fall some of the "bottom" tiers may be interested. I'd say best shot would be Alpha Phi because they'll want some older girls their first year.
