My guess is one of your freshman isn’t pleased that she ended up in an average chapter and wants to make people think she did better. If she wants to be top of mid or top tier then tell her to drop pi phi and re-rush. Simple.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Florida - UF 1.0 To whoever wrote the last post… have you ever just considered that maybe several people are just fed up with you posting fake ranks and putting other sororities down for your own benefit? Have you ever considered that maybe multiple people don’t want PNM’s to join a sorority they thought was top of mid only to find out they are barely middle of mid? You can’t have women in your chapter so annoying and BS things without the consequences.

My roommate is in pi phi and all I’ve heard from her are good things. Seem like they have a really strong sisterhood and don’t care about rank

I think that says something about how quality your chapter is. You can’t even get into top tier events because of your reputation as sloppy which makes you a risk management issue. Stop the self ranking, no one believes it for a second. Middle of mid at best. You’d be lucky to be on par with DZ, tbh.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Florida - UF 2.2 The rankings recently are putting pi phi at top of mid but in all honesty they’re around chi o or DZ’s level. They are by no means a bad chapter, I have girls I like here! But they are definitely a middle of mid tier sorority. My reasoning: 1- you will not find any pi phi’s at top tier frat events or dating any top tier men 2- a lot of girls will either choose another house or drop because pi phi is so far from most places on campus that even if you have a car, the house is difficult to access/get parking, so the majority of your dues (which pay for meals) are wasted while in other sororities they are not and 3- pi phi does not have a big presence on campus. They are not disliked, but they are not relevant or well known either. They are known for being a piece of work at DTF though

But if you want friends, to be able to get into frat parties/invited on date functions and formals, and respected on row, I don’t think this is the chapter for you. Generally just not a favorite of fraternities, not on the radar for top tiers at all and a second choice for mid tier frats, at that. Genuine advice, if u want the social life of a higher ranking chapter, this one isn’t it.
