They’re new and have a clean slate. I’m sure each PC will get better and better given how much money their dues are

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of Florida - UF 4.7 They are new so obviously they’re not top. However, I think they’re not bottom of the bottom; even though they don’t even have a house. They’re for sure above bottom houses. AEPhi got shared by AGR and SNU. Alpha phi got a better pairing than gamma phi & sigkapp as well.

It’s true, they haven’t found their vibe yet since they’re such a large mix but I know what they’re leaning towards and it’s definitely on the girly hot side which sucks for the members who don’t fit that
