Aoii mom living in the past! get off this site. When you went to UF Kd and Aoii were irrelevant and actually still ar know nothing about houses here. Aoi these days are serious party girls, sleazy and not classy at all.Kid’s are not that nice, biggest back stabbing girls out there. Do not judge other houses as you have not been here in 30 plus years.

As a mom, AOPI is one of the only “higher ranked” chapters I would let my daughter touch with a ten foot pole, aside from KD. I was in another chapter during my time at UF but based off of what I’ve heard about it I’m disappointed in how the girls treat eachother for the most part in Panhellenic, but especially in what was my chapter. AOPI and kd girls remind me of what my chapter used to be- kind girls enjoying college and doing their best. This is what being in a sorority should be, none of the crazy stuff on this site.

This past year, I didn't rush because I thought everyone would be pretty snobbish. I ended up having a roommate that rushed AOPi, though, and I loved it. She always had her friends over and they were some of my favorite people I met this past year. They are so trendy and they always let me borrow their clothes, even girls I didn't know very well. They made me decide to rush this next year! Honestly really surprised that there's any AOPi hate on the site, though, because I've literally never had a bad experience with them and never heard them talk down on other sororities. They seem like they are just here to have a great college experience and are always out being social, they helped make my first year better. I really hope I get the chance to be an AOPi next year, but even if I don't, these girls are awesome.

There are some nice girls here, but also a lot drama and bashing other sororities. Too obsessed with rankings and looking cool. Many of the girls are snobbish and mean. Self-ranks all the time. Didn’t used to.

Aopi is just average in every way. Nothing special or standout about them. Some cute girls but more are not cute at all. I would skip them for all other mid houses.

AOPi is the best top tier house at UF hands down. Why? Because they are real, not orange lol, really fun and not mean girls. Yes they need a house refresh but tbh who cares about that at the end of the day? So do some other houses. “Everyone likes AOPi” is so true, not just a saying!

I don't understand this website at all. the discussion board says "aopi isn't top" over and over again just hating on them but aopi is one of the most unproblematic and liked sororities. I think they got "kicked out" of the "top tier" while SAE was suspended for a year and a half because they don't have a large house like tridelt. sae will be back next semester and i heard aopi is getting a new house though. then this site will realize they really don't have anything bad to say about aopi.

It’s really hard to find genuine people at UF, especially in Greek life. Aopi girls are some of the realest people I’ve met and I never feel judged by them. Really nice girls.

I really don’t understand the whole “AOPI isn’t involved” stereotype that everyone keeps milking as their main flaw. I think they’re just involved in different things while in other top tiers they’re all involved in the same few organizations. The UF senate President is an AOPI and AOPI has the highest club sports involvement of all chapters. This year they probably had over 20 DM captains and they hold a lot of Panhellenic positions now. They also have people in more niche clubs on campus. I think maybe AOPI used to not be involved in the past but that stereotype has really shifted with the past few PC’s because they’re a lot more present on campus than sororities like tridelt or DG.

In addition to the last post here, I thought this was also a good insight for PNM’s. The ADPI bots have about 8ish pages of spam posts set up that go off when something they don’t like is posted to bury it (like the previous post said, these include the “this sorority isn’t too” posts, “top five house. At if” posts, REAL SRAT RANK 2021, legit any post that is still being posted from 2021 is an ADPI bot post because this has been going on since their scandals). If you want to see legitimate rankings, go about 9-10 pages deep in the discussion page. Otherwise just stick to each sorority’s individual page and Instagram and see if you like the character/vibe. Best of luck and I hope this helps those of you who are confused.
