Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.0 It's seriously a joke to call them the top but they will have a really nice house, stand to move to upper mid. However, they're very sofla which isn't always popular, and absorbed like 60 sig ep's, seems a little desperate. Not bad kids, but don't self rank please.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 2.4 This is a frat that I received a at bid this spring. However I did not accept because they seem desperate for a large pledge class, 47 pledges in spring! Ridiculous, I got my bid in 30 min my first night there... they were handing out bids left and right, and then some. Kinda defeats the purpose, not much of a brotherhood but rather a bunch of different kids (the majority weird) with a few cool ones mixed in. Its really just about getting members to pay for their new house even if theyre weird
