Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.5 I don't understand, why is this fraternity going to be made/broke by the first PC? I'm sure they will get a decent class anyways as it will be their turn now to have the cheapest dues on campus (PIKE last year) among other things, and the following year they'll have the best house on campus and will be the only ones beside Sigep to own their property (one of the things that makes/made Sigep the best here). I'm pretty sure these guys will get to the top again soon, Pi Kapp has always been top here.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.5 other people described it pretty well...mixed bag of founders, some definite top tier material that turned down bids from bigger houses, but also some that you wouldnt expect in a top fraternity. still, definitely huge potential with the new house coming and with a solid fall PC theyll be well on their way.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 1.8 to a few of their parties last year. some guys are pretty cool, but you really wonder how most of them got a bid. I understand trying to build a house up but come on..

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.8 This fraternity is going to be a lot like any football system. Takes a year or two to put the goals and system in place, a year or two to recruit for that system and make it happen. These ratings are based on potential/ what these guys have done in the month on campus which is somewhat impressive, considering that the guys they have are either top tier material or should be GDIs. Weird mix, but some of those top guys should be able to carry them. They need a good fall class to prosper.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.0 they're fun and cute, but just getting back on their feet -- I'd give them a couple of years still before you could legitimately put them at the top of "top tier"
