Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.3 The fact that they are at 80+ ratings despite not having been on campus for the past 4 or whatever years says a lot about how big they are here. If they get a good pledge class this year they'll be in great shape for when their new (note ZBT below, "new" not "fixed") house arrives.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.3 definitely a fun group of guys. yes there are a couple outliers but that's everywhere. They party hard and they're supported like hell. No chance of failing, they'll probably be at PIKE/Kappa Sig's level. For being gone for 5+ years or whatever it is, that's not bad.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.0 Check out the football stadium, it's named after an alumni of this chapter joker. This was probably one of, if not the, top chapter at UF for a long time, and chances are they'll be good again soon with their alumni support, great house, and tradition on campus.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.0 Was a PiKapp when we were kicked off...I'll put it simply, Pi Kapp at UF is too big to fail. There's too much history/money/etc from alumni for them to end up bottom tier or something. As the FSU commenter said below, nationals know exactly what they are doing.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.3 These guys are decent. Met a few of them at a party we did with them. They're fun, diverse, and aren't douche bags. I hope they do get to top quick, but it's understandable if they don't because they're so new. My best guess is they will be at PIKE's level and I don't think that's too bad for being that new!

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.0 These are not those same guys, four years of suspension cleared them all out...unless they have some super seniors or some of those guys stayed around gville and are going to help them out, they won't be nearly as good.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.8 As a recent graduate of the Beta Eta chapter at FSU, I know exactly what position these guys are in. We were reinstated four years ago and won the presidents cup right away, got right into things on campus. National has a great blueprint for success, trust that they are putting these boys in the right position. Do not hesitate to rush.
