Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.5 i rated these guys badly a while back, i saw 1 or 2 kids that did not seem like top frat material. ive seen a couple more of their brothers now that theyre all back on campus, and im seeing what some of the ratings here were talking about, they definitely have some guys that look like they could be in top fraternities. im interested to see how they progress.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.3 Theyre alright. It's definitely a mixed bag of founders. Its all gonna come down to the size and quality of their pledge class. Their low dues and the new house being built will be their biggest selling points but idk how they will do.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.3 The fact that they are at 80+ ratings despite not having been on campus for the past 4 or whatever years says a lot about how big they are here. If they get a good pledge class this year they'll be in great shape for when their new (note ZBT below, "new" not "fixed") house arrives.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.3 definitely a fun group of guys. yes there are a couple outliers but that's everywhere. They party hard and they're supported like hell. No chance of failing, they'll probably be at PIKE/Kappa Sig's level. For being gone for 5+ years or whatever it is, that's not bad.
