Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.6 I have personally met most of the guys in the new chapter. The guys from 4 years ago that caused the being kicked off campus gave Pi Kapps a bad name. The new people that are a part of this fraternity are much classier, and better mannered. I have no doubt tht they will get it back on it's feet.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 1.6 Sorry but there's really no room for them to grow. Even though sigep is gone there are so many other fraternities doing way better than these guys. the fact that getting their house back is a plus for them is pathetic.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.6 I've met a couple of these guys and they're all really nice and gentlemanly. They respect women and are responsible. They're a good bunch!

If other fraternities weren't doing well then i would agree. But the fact is There isn't room for them to grow. Look at the list of better houses infront of them: PHI DELT, ATO, BETA, SAE, SIGMA CHI, KA, THETA CHI, PIKE, ZBT, TEP, DELT..the list goes on. Especially with Theta Chi & Pike doing so well, they've stolen the spotlight for the next few years with PiKapp struggling to keep up

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.0 heres an honest review. theyre actually a pretty fun group of guys and have some good looking brothers, most of these negative ratings are just other fraternities leaving comments (as is the case with pretty much every page). they arent very popular on campus yet, been back for a year and only now getting their house back which will change everything and give them a big boost automatically. overall id say theyre in mid tier with a lot of room for growth, interested to see hc pair.
