Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 3.4 This fraternity has been top tier for some time now but they are honestly just getting worse. Really liked their parties at first but the more I'd come around, the more I'd realize that they are not that great... sorry

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.0 This is definitely the top house and every sorority knows it. There's a reason why Pike took every kid that rushed and finished with 40 while phi delt had almost 60... Numbers don't lie, stay winning

Just because a fraternity took more kids doesn't mean they are necessarily better. Phi Delt is on the come down and that's probably why they took so many kids

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.6 Girls come here when they wanna have fun and maybe (probably) make mistakes. Every sorority comes out to their events. Florida Georgia and lake day were the most fun I had this year.
