It seems like a lot of the so called “top tier” frats are just jealous that we are an inclusive brotherhood who is always open to seeing our own implicit biases and realizing that just because some girls may not be conventionally attractive or are not “top tier” they are still human. In fact, they’re queens who value diversity, inclusivity, and many other values which makes our frat great. Don’t hate us because you ain’t us.

Phi delt is the epitome of a brotherhood. They’ve always been a top house, and I don’t see them dropping any time soon.

they are top tier for now and probably will be despite being on probation but they are living off their name. their house sucks and is dry, lost fort which was their only real appeal, their on probation for fall and they have less than 100 actives going into the year

They make their pledges hook up with girls and then take pictures to prove it. I was hanging with a pledge my freshman year and he took a picture of us together. I didn't think anything of it until I heard a couple weeks later that he showed his pledge master the picture saying we hooked up. WE NEVER HOOKED UP. all that did was show me how they are just bad ppl in general with bad morals. Haven't had a good time with them since. creepy guys who manipulate you to get in your pants

This frat easily has the best brotherhood on campus, go around asking other frats if they know all their members.... they don't. Phi Delta theta has the greatest brother hood here.
