Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of Florida - UF 4.2 Chi Phi is my favorite fraternity because the guys are genuinely so nice and fun to hang around. They may not be “top tier” so to speak, but they are a great group of guys regardless of the superficial ranking system.
