Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 2.9 I have personally had only average or good interactions with Theta Phis, but I do personally know people who have been treated poorly by them, whether it be from rumors spreading or just mean words. They definitely keep to themselves and do not exit their "bubble" of friendship with one another. Have had some issues on campus, but definitely bouncing back, and I love how involved they are with their philanthropy and other chapters. Definitely if you want a really close bond with your chapter Theta Phi is a good choice.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 2.7 From what I've heard, they seem to get along very well. Their members really do love their sorority and their siblings. Unfortunately, I don't see them much on campus unless it is with one of their own or for their own philanthropy. I've also heard some negative things about their treatment of other chapters, but they really do have a strong siblinghood.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 2.7 Everyone tends to agree that this is the bottom sorority, even the people in it, but they don't seem to care because they like each other. They have a bad reputation on campus due to scandals last year, but seem like they're trying to be involved on campus to make up for it. They need better leadership and to have higher quality members, but can't afford to deny anyone due to low numbers. They have a reputation as the weird chapter and their members are definitely unconventional/alternat ive in different senses - some members are just bad at socializing and chill once you get to know them, others are rude all the time. The bottom pick for most people during recruitment and in general.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 1.7 this chapter is the bottom of the bucket. not mentioning their scandal last year or the fact that they're still on probation for tearing members of the community down and bullying. this chapter is for girls who don't get a bid just saying I've never met someone who had TPA as their first choice either. they don't care about building up women and only care about each other, outwardly rude and cold

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 4.2 These girls are genuinely some of the kindest and coolest I have met. Every person is unique, there’s a wide range of majors, personalities and looks. They get a little grief for not being “typical” sorority women but I think they are the best example of sorority women bc of their inclusiveness, commitment to sisterhood and strong involvement on campus and around the city. (Oh and they’re the must fun at parties)

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 2.5 The bottom choice for many who go through recruitment, except their niche of alternative girls. Their reputation as unpopular has caused a level of bitterness reflected in their treatment of other panhellenic women. If their only thing was being “weird” than they would be fine and a great option for girls who don’t like the idea of a traditional sorority, but they have mean members. Lots of scandal this past year has really dampened their reputation as a safe place for untraditional girls.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 1.9 Sad to see all of the allegations against this chapter. It’s never okay to tear other women down simply because you think that’s what real “sisterhood” is. Bullying others doesn’t make your chapter stronger. Accountability is desperately needed.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 1.5 They unfortunately like to bring down women who belong to other organizations in my experience with them :( I think they have a poor view of more traditional sororities as tphis are not your stereotypical preppy panhellenic women. But both experiences should be equally as valid.

Theta Phi Alpha - ΘΦΑ Sorority at Loyola University New Orleans - LUNO 4.5 What a unique group!! This chapter pushes the status quo and allows a place for anyone who doesn’t identify with the traditional sorority person. A great place to get involved with leadership and the community!
