How hard is it to get into Zeta or SK?

Zeta?
Not hard, they got a really good pledge class this year, but as long as you are up for a party - they'll like you. Grades and looks aren't that important to them..

SK?
Pretty hard, the first day of recruitment they drop a lot of people for grades (not like ChiO) and looks are a huge part of that organization. They all look like a pack of barbie dolls..

Idk what the person above is talking about but zeta takes looks into consideration. knowing people helps in getting a bid. This year was the most selective of the past 5/6....

If ZTA is getting a house, then that means one of the fraternities is giving up theirs. There is NO property left on greek row. They might finally decide to get a suite in the Greek Dorm or something, but they aren't getting a house.

Actually they are next in line to get a house! It could be a couple years though.

They might be next in line, but next in line for something that isn't available doesn't really mean anything. Unless another fraternity or sorority gives up their house, there is NO land available on Cardinal. You don't seem to grasp the idea that there is NO land to lease or purchase at this time.

Zeta takes a lot of down to earth, outgoing, pretty girls. If you have to be blonde, pretty, or have connections to get a bid from SK. These two sororities are very different.
