fraternity rankings by tier

Top Tier: 1.Sigma Chi 2. Phi Tau 3. Kappa sig

upper Middle Tier: 4. SAE 5. Sig ep 6. Pike (don't argue the past 2 pledge classes BLOW)

Lower Middle Tier: 7. Phi Delt 8. Beta 9. TKE

Everyone else is low tier. You suck

This is right on, I would put SAE in the top tier section as well. They are definitely #4 though.

Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity Meeting of the National Board of Directors
April 8 and 9, 2016 
Substance-Free Housing

Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
