I went to their Thunder party and it was great. Their were guys from other fraternities there, that says that they would rather be there then with their own fraternity or they didn't have anything. The brotherhood is high they knew everyone and could talk to everyone that i saw. In all it was a great time at a great place.

Cutting to the chase, these guys are very choosy about who they want in their parties, but you're in luck if you're in a top tier sorority. Been to a few parties, and did have a decent time, didn't really feel unsafe at any point. I will say, there's a lot of drama which surrounds the younger guys, fall 2018 pledge class. Bunch of cry babies lmaooo.

Parties are below average, they call parties birthday parties now, crazy guys with a few nice ones in the batch. The rest are sleazy dirtbags who don’t know how to treat women. Walked up to a TKE before and didn’t know how to keep his hands to himself. Should follow other fraternities and not scream Yee haw every 5 minutes

Phi Delt is a group of nice guys, though they can be kinda weird sometimes. They’ll bid anyone with a high GPA . Parties are hit or miss (terrible music). They are super involved on campus though. Best described as a mix of an honor society and Beta.
