As soon as I got on campus I was told to avoid this fraternity at all costs. Have only heard bad things about what happens are parties and haven’t seen much involvement around campus besides partying.

While Theta doesn’t have a long standing history with the university still being a newish chapter, they are definitely involved with campus. All of their members are active in other university rso’s and are generally really friendly and open.
