These guys are really genuine and good hearted. They have made so much progress in the last year alone and are have AMAZING philanthropy work. They are definitely a fraternity to watch out for because they are rising to the top.

A pretty accurate ranking - and this is an update from my old post. Deffinately a top notch fraternity that has made SUBSTANTIAL progress this last year. They have their haters (haters gonna hate) but overall you will find good things about them. They are brothers for life and even just had a wedding a couple days ago with old alumni and brothers. Ignore the 5s and ignore the 1s and 2s and you will find what this fraternity is really about.

they seem to have up and down years, last year was pretty low, but they seem to have gotten back on a good path and have a lot of younger girls who are doing great things for them.

One time I saw an pi phi wearing army pants and flip flops, so I went out and bought army pants and flip flops.
