What's Hot - University of Louisville - UL

DZ is a GREAT chapter. They have had countless SOSers, RaiseRed E Board members, Cardinal Ambassadors, SGA members, etc. Delta Zeta is a chapter you join to become a better woman than you are when you enter as a freshman. Be cautious of the ratings on this website, most people come on here to voice their negative opinion - the positive ones aren't here because everyone thinks positively of DZ.

All I can say is do NOT JOIN ZETA. If you don't want to waste your time, money, and mental sanity - join a different chapter. They have had countless members drop over the past three years and have little to no campus involvement. Their grades are hysterical and their recruitment is fake. Many girls decide to go Zeta at the end of recruitment and highly regret their decision a couple of months later and end up dropping. Make a better choice.

After the past two years, I can say SK has fallen to middle tier. They have a handful of really genuine girls, but the majority just aren't that way. If I were to describe this chapter briefly, I would say that they are instagram models with lacking mental capacity and an overwhelming interest in boy drama. I've seen multiple of their members get in physical fights with other females - their sisterhood is just not there. When out, if you ever hear of an argument or something dramatic that has happened - you can 90% guarantee it was an SK. Sleeping with each other's boyfriends and posting full on ass pics on social media is just not what anyone should look for in a sorority. Their ability to recruit has decreased drastically as their sisterhood and ability to get along just isn't there. It's easy to see through their facade during recruitment if you look close enough.

Unfortunately, Pi Phi just isn't very popular at UofL. If you are looking at these rankings before going through recruitment, be cautious. The sororities with lower rankings are some of the top tier girls - who don't have time to come on here and negatively down vote. I know a few Pi Phi's that are sweet girls, but are definitely on the awkward side. If you want a place to fully be yourself, you might find yourself a place here.

There's no denying that KD is a top tier sorority at UofL. With that being said, they are what you could call a "stereotypical sorority." Blondes, pageant queens, big smiles, big hair, and plastic personalities. These girls are catty and will do anything to make their chapter look better. It's not about friendliness to anyone here - whatever it takes to gain personally is what is best for KD.

Theta is just really new to campus and is still trying to find their footing. If you were coming through recruitment, I'd give them a chance. If you're looking to join a chapter that is well developed and will help you become a better woman - this isn't it, YET. Theta has extreme potential to grow into an amazing chapter.

Chi O is a great sorority at UofL. Every girl in this chapter is super dedicated to school and a kind soul. My only "criticism" would be that they are SO dedicated to grades that the rest suffers a bit. Shy girls who join this chapter due to their focus on academics end up staying shy girls with good grades. Their ability to help someone grow into a multidimensional woman falters a bit. If you're looking for a chapter who values grades and kindness, Chi O is for you. If you want a bit more than just academics - becoming a well rounded woman - look into some other chapters on campus.

DZ is a phenomenal chapter at UofL. After reading through these reviews, it seems like the negative reviews are from those who have had a bad experience with one girl. It's not possible for 100+ women to all be perfect angels all the time; however, Delta Zeta tries their best to make a good impression and be kind to everyone. Every DZ I know is extremely kind, hardworking, and super reliable and helpful in classes. I think it's sad that downvotes are happening on such good reviews - probably jealousy.

From what I’ve seen the past few years they have been trying to get so involved on campus and getting their name out there. Lots of the girls are nice and you can usually find them with another sister on campus!
