have EVER seen a pi kappa phag are Rabb's or maybe 3 Doc's. You don't see these tools anywhere else because most aren't 21 and that's the places that serve them. The a place with alcohol is new and exciting to them. Basically, they hang out at freshman bars only and very rarely. One of the freshman at rush told me your guys told him he couldn't drink because he had a fake I.D. HAHAHA. No drinking during pledgeship either!
