If Pi Kapp was moved out of the top 5 I could agree that these are the top 5 Fraternities on campus. Obviously KA wouldn't be number 1 though.

The top three are the way they should be: EN, KA, PKA
Middle is ok I guess, SAE, Ksig, DX.
PiKappaPhi needs off the list
