Tier 1:
Sigma Nu - best rush
PIKE - 2nd best rush and are coming back strong from probation

Tier 2:
Kappa Sig - needs new house
TKE - needs a house
KA - current probation is hurting

Tier 3:
AGR - rising fast, almost 40 guys now.

Tier 4:
Delta Chi - falling hard, weird guys
BYX - BYX
