theta (i mean come on aphi PC17 did them no favors and theta had a decent one)

cuz if you look who gets invited to events, they're still the top four who always have a strong presence. They're the four who really fight for girls, and consistently get good ones, while dz axo and ddd haven't quite broken through yet. axo probably will in the next few years when their sophomores are seniors and they graduated everyone
