how hard is rush?

how hard/competitive is LMU rush compared to other schools? my friend goes to a bigger school and said it was extremely hard and like the worst experience ever...

It's pretty mellow here. Most people have a really good experience with it. It isn't that cutthroat vibe the USC is.
