hardest fraternity pledge process?

1. lambda. straight up hard pledge cycle. many drop our
2.sig chi/beta. have very similar pledge process. lots of work to be done
3. delta sig. not really that hard but still some work
4.sig ep/phi delt. no pledge process tbh.

Rest don't have a real process but will involve drinking from what i know

Lambda Chi - Constantly gets in trouble with Greek Life for hazing and just about everyone knows what they do during their pledge process. Even the head of Greek Life will tell you the same.
Sig Ep - Actually has one of the more difficult pledge processes. The all-greek survey of who hazed the most actually had Sig Ep at the top of the list, not even Lambda Chi.
Sigma Chi - They're just up late every night and sleep deprived the whole time. Ask anyone who had a roommate who pledge Sig Chi
ADG - The past Greek president was an ADG and had told me that their pledge process has gone unchanged since the year they started on campus. I thought he was lying to me, but ADG had the highest drop rate among pledges last spring... even more than Lambda Chi.
Beta - They like to make you think that their pledge process is hard, but it really isn't. If you like drinking a lot and thinking you're cool then join.
Delta Sig - They make you do stupid crap like always have a buddy on you and be in a suit. Probably the most preppy frat on campus that thinks way too highly of themselves.
Phi Delt - They suck and will die within the next two years.

Give me some examples....what does lambda make their pledges do?

anyone who thinks sig ep has a hard pledge process is trippin. all u do is drink a lot one day a week come on now.
