Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Loyola Marymount University - LMU 3.0 phi delt is the self-proclaimed “nice guy frat” but there’s a few creepy guys in there. their parties aren’t super crazy but they give out drinks like candy- especially to freshmen girls. a lot of mixed personalities it’s hard to find a commonality between all of them but they’re okay
