Theta overall is noted as a "top" sorority but they actually aren't super well liked just because they tend to be snobby and rude to others as a whole. They are pretty but many of them do not have great personality. Unfortunately it is one of those sororities that has a lot of hatred for its own members

Yes its a top house but every girl hates each other and there is so much drama in the house... you will not find your forever friends and much less respect in this house
