Definitely a top house, they got pretty much everything going for them right now. One of the only frats rn that’s not getting completely f#cked over by the school, probably cuz they’re actually smart dudes. They have a lot of super dope, fun dudes but unfortunately their rep on looks isn’t as good as others. Great house though if you’re looking to rush, every girl trusts a beta

They got the hottest girls probably along w theta, biggest social media presence, and the girls who hate on it just didn’t make it in. Yeah their rush process is f#cked up, and yeah they’re known as the “mean girls” who only pick the most photogenic girls to join. Still top tho🤷♂️that’ s just life

Yeah sig chi’s probably the top house rn. They’re associated w alpha phi and they have the hottest guys. They don’t seem as close as a brotherhood as some of the other frats or involved on campus, but def the most “fratty” frat

Heading on a trajectory back to #1 and having all the other fraternities fighting for their rejects. Most of the Presidents and social chairs of all the other fraternities are rejects of Lambda Chi
