in the past they were the very top house, but each year they slip progressively lower. seems like girls don't want the stigma of being an aphi with all their past scandals. last january theta rushed on top. tons of girls put theta as their top choice, didn't get in, and joined aphi instead

top house. thetas are the hottest, funniest, sweetest, most popular and chill girls on campus. they party hard but are also involved with the school. everyone knows them and respects them. unlike other girls, they are top without trying too hard or looking stupid
