There are some good, but a lot of pretty weird guys. From the people I know there, there seems to be a lot of inner strife, and a lot of members are dropping. Some of the guys are optimistic about improving, but nationals is pressuring them, and they just don't have the brotherhood, or the social skills to get to the point they need to be at. If charter requirements are really as strict as I have heard, I wish them luck.

Honestly theta just isn't the same as it was a few years ago. There's still a few cool girls but they're dropping like flies and there new pledge class was nonexistent. Falling pretty fast.

Used to be great but their new president is not good at all. They are slowly going downhill. All the girls are sketchy to each other.
