DZ is only considered the "bottom" house by frat boys and APhi/Theta. They're usually the favorite sorority of those not involved in Greek Life, and everyone I've met is super sweet with a 3D personality. They also actually care about the service work they do. DZ doesn't have as much of a party animal reputation as the other sororities do, but I've still bumped into plenty of DZ girls at parties so I think they just have a larger portion of more introverted girls than the others. Definitely clearly one of the strongest sisterhoods.

They need to be disbanded by LMU. The brothers that continue to enable each other are disgusting, as are the girls that continue to be friends with them and go to their parties. Wishing justice and healing for all of their many SA victims.

It is super easy to meet a sorority girl and automatically be able to tell she's in Pi Phi, they almost all have the same kind of really energetic and enthusiastic vibe. I've never had a bad experience with a Pi Phi but I also haven't interacted with as many as I have in the other sororities. They seem to be one of the most devoted to the sisterhood

Alpha Phi gets all the (deserved) flack for being wealthy and superficial white women when Theta is almost indistinguishable from APhi in that regard but for some reason gets away with it.

I personally think they have the best combination when it comes to social life and personality. Not known for being the most popular or gorgeous or sweetest girls on campus, but also not looked down upon in those regards. Nobody has strong opinions on them. A lot of them seem to genuinely be really close but can't be sure from an outsider POV. AXO and DZ are the only sororities the girls seem to actually care about the philantropy.

There is a very specific type of person who will be happy in APhi. If you are not conventionally attractive, skinny, white, you'll be dropped unless you're one of the few token POC. APhi is known for using shallow recruiting practices on a national level and the same applies here. Being known as gorgeous party animals is a plus for APhi girls within frat life but on a general schoolwide scale people in APhi are often looked down on due to their reputation. They've also had racism incidents in the past and nothing was really done to make change other than an increase in the tokenism.
