Pike is Tier 1? LOL they should be below bottom tier

In what world is Pike top tier? I'm sure a sig wrote it, it makes sense. They beat pike, and if they think pike is top tier, then they get to consider themselves top tier.

OK,clearly an Alpha Sig is doing the "tiers" when it comes to tiers...Sig Ep stands alone!!Not alpha sig, they're guys are disgusting and creepy as hell!

Taking all things into account (Academics, Intramurals, Songfest, Philanthropy, Brotherhood), the tiers are clear.

1 - Sigep PhiPsi
2 - Pike (Even though they "take anyone" which is BS if you ask me)
3 - Everyone else

Why does it boil down this way? I listed five big aspects of fraternities at Toledo. The first tier excels in at least 4 of those. The second tier does so in 3. Everyone else, though they may have strong brotherhood or do well philanthropically, can't claim to be outstanding in any more than two categories I listed. All fraternities at Toledo have great aspects and are very unique to themselves, which makes it difficult to compare. But the categories I listed seem to be the 5 things that fraternity members at the university care about most.
