This website is the most BIASED thing I have ever read in my entire life. It's pretty much a bash fest of which ever sorority or frat takes the most time out of their day to get on here and give their chapter the best rankings. If you are considering rushing and are looking at this website to get a general idea of how good a chapter is this is NOT a good site. Talk to people on campus because this website is very biased. In fact I don't think that many people on campus would agree with most of the rankings of chapters on here.
