Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Toledo - UT 4.3 They really are the top fraternity by far and they know it. The ladies love them and that is why they are hated so much by every other fraternity. First in sports, first in grades. They get the most intelligent, handsome, go getting guys. A few suck but whatever.
