Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Toledo - UT 3.8 Phi Psi really blew up this year and quickly became a campus favorite. A few sketchy people just like every single organization on any campus, but great guys overall. I know whenever I'm at phi psi I'm going to have fun and make it home safely. If they did more in campus, they'd be even better.
