Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Toledo - UT 5.0 Honestly I’m in another org and have never had a problem with these guys, super nice and some of the dudes help me with homework. They know how to have fun on weekends but aren’t stupid about it RIP the barn but that place was nasty anyways.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Toledo - UT 3.5 Nick Vogl was the downfall of this fraternity. They lost the barn because their members were too selfish to move in. The chapter didn’t see the barn as an asset. We aren’t going behind engineering to party. It’s creepy back there and too much of a liability on my sorority to have our members get caught when their party is being shut down. If phi psi wants a social, they better be ready to pay for only third party venues!!!

The barn landlord wanted to raise the rent $7000 a month it wasn’t anyone being selfish. That house is not worth that at all.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Toledo - UT 3.0 Phi psis are marriage material - in ten years. Seem to only care about whats going on during the weekends, partying, and girls. Outside of social life I don't hear much about them. Uncomfortable ways of hitting on girls
