This my first time reading this stuff, and I see a lot of negativity in the recruitment area. Since being involved with our recruitment, I will have to say that is is one of our biggest strengths. We've gotten very good at it over the years. We initiated 7 this spring and 17 last fall - not close to 100. I'll also tell you a secret - we have over 400 names in our book at any given time and interview around 100 each semester. You need more than a pulse to get a bid and initiated. This is America, and we run on capitalism, not socialism ... well not yet anyways. We don't level the playing field, we go out and get the men we want. Keep up or get left behind. Sidenote - yes, we could improve our involvement.

From a different fraternity, and thought I would give a positive rating for my first greekrank endeavor. Very impressed lately with sports and 3rd place at songfest. Definitely on an upswing and others are noticing. Always classy - I've never had a bad experience at a bar or intramurals with any Phi Psi's. Keep it up, guys.

These girls are awesome if you ever took time out of your day to get to know them you wouldnt believe half of this stuff. They like to have fun but they really are not like what these other haters are saying. Love you girls
