When I went through recruitment last year and rushed AXO I made a huge mistake. As a woman of color, I expected to feel welcome as everyone talks about them being so diverse but thats the opposite of how I felt. I'm pretty sure that I was recruited solely to boost stats on their race count and was used as a weapon against the other two chapters. After bid day the hype of me died down and I was no longer an interest for them. Don't get me wrong, there are some really sweet and genuine girls in that chapter (shout out Naomi) which I think she dropped too, but it just was not a fit for me.

Very smart,friendly, & social. SigEps know how to party. Nothing but smart educated guys who know how to be a gentleman.

KAs are my favorite guys! They are true southern gentlemen and they are so much fun to hang out with! They might not be the most involved on campus but you can always count on them to be there when you need something. It's sad to see how small their chapter has gotten but they are slowly growing and I hope to see them be more involved in the next few years

ADPis are the most classy on campus. They have high standards and even though they party like everyone else, that is not what they are known for. they have a lot of smart girls with high gpa and a great philanthropy, the Ronald Mcdonald House. They go visit the house and actually do hands on service while the other sororities just do fundraisers and "awareness" for theirs. I think they are the most genuine and they are super friendly and outgoing. they were also the first sorority ever so thats pretty cool. ADPis are the kind of girls you could bring home to meet your mom #ADPikindofguy

AXO is pretty well known for their partying and when I went through recruitment, one of the girls I talked to at AXO literally said "do you want to meet frat guys? Pike is the best, we only hang out with Pike." I'm not joining a sorority to meet guys but thanks. this is when I knew AXO wasn't for me. they have a few really nice girls but tbh a lot of weird ones too and it seems like they will take anybody. they have low gpa compared to the other sororities and definitely not as classy

I've been hanging around this fraternity since Fall '15. The guys are genuine and will treat you like a friend from the moment you meet them. I felt safe and welcomed at every party I've been to. They are my favorite frat on campus and I will rep them any day.

This sorority is very involved with their philanthropy. Though they can be competitive, they have a good sense of sisterhood. Fun to be around at parties and social gatherings. Tends to be friendly with most Greeks, not only CPC and IFC.

Top F🐀 on campus. This organization puts a good reputation on Greek life around Lamar.
