Thoughts on lack of inclusivity?

I was wondering what everyone’s thoughts are since this has been discussed on social media. POCs don’t feel welcome and the overall system is not inclusive because lots of non-minorities rush and get dropped/drop because the system bad. Really makes the school worse imo

The system perpetuates misogyny. You can’t pretend to be woke yet be okay with the way it is.
